DevOps Engineer  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as a plus. As a DevOps Professional, you will focus on automation, Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC), and monitoring infrastructure.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate closely with the development team and other DevOps members to ensure streamlined deployment and efficient management of applications.
• Provide support to team members by addressing server-related queries and concerns.
• Ensure proper management, security, and utilization of all cloud-hosted resources.
• Monitor the health of servers and applications, promptly alerting relevant colleagues in case of issues.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in an ongoing manner.
• Automate and script all responsibilities mentioned above, wherever applicable.
• Document and write readable, self-documenting code for management tools utilized.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on AWS (experience with GCP is a plus).
• Proficiency in automation and Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC) principles, along with the ability to monitor and manage infrastructure effectively.
• Broad understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various services, including but not limited to EC2, RDS, VPC, S3, and SQS.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Proficiency in using Git Source Control Management (SCM) tools such as GitHub and AWS CodeCommit.
• Knowledge of infrastructure orchestration and automation tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
