To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should have a clear understanding of end-to-end marketing strategies, and be able to break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing landscape and be ready to move with the needs of the business.
- A brand ambassador to staff, colleagues, patients, community and target market
- Have full product and service knowledge
- Coordinate with Management to create advertising content and materials
- Keep organized and updated records of marketing metrics and results of past and continuing marketing campaigns
- Such other responsibilities as the Management team may determine
- Content creation – video, photo and graphic design posts or other design platforms based on brand manual
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Creatives or any related
- At least one year work experience in Creatives
- Proficient in Photoshop, Indesign, Video editing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and Detail-oriented
- Marketing knowledge and skills

SariSuki was founded in 2020 as a response to the COVID pandemic and part of the founders’ mission of empowering communities around the country.
We strive to offer supermarket-quality products at wet market prices while helping others make a decent living. We provide local communities fresh groceries and everyday needs through our Ka-Sari community leaders.
All over the country, community sellers started providing the needs of their neighborhood. Inspired by this amazing collective behavior, the team at SariSuki found that this was an actual business model in countries like China and Indonesia - Community Group Buying.
