Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Shift superintendents direct activities related to operation of the boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment.
They control resources for the plant's operational needs.
They ensure that the activities of Control Engineers and Auxiliary Operators are in accordance to department procedures. standards, and work instructions.
They supervise unit start-up and shutdown including synchronization.
They also monitor the plant's electrical system and are authorized to conduct high voltage switching.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- Must have at least 5 years' work experience in a coal thermal powerplant, preferably from circulating fluidized bed boiler
- Must have a minimum of two years' supervisory or managerial experience
- Computer literate
- Must be willing to be based in Bataan or Davao del Sur
