We are seeking for young “managers-in-the-making” for our company expansion. We select the best among our candidates, then holistically mentor them in all functional areas of sales and marketing, business development, and team management, in over a period of 8 to 12 months. We are looking for candidates with a professional image, a good attitude, and a mentality to grow with the company.
Training description:
- How to lead the marketing process, meet prospective customers and give product presentations
- How to acquire customers and promote brand campaigns
- How to mentor team members to develop a high-performance culture
- How to represent the client at trade exhibitions, events and roadshows around the country
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Effective communicator
- Confident, enthusiastic, goal-driven
- Willing to work in Makati
