Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the entire vision and delivery of new features to keep the business relevant and competitive
- Support business strategy by clearly identifying new product features and enhancements
- Work closely with CEO, CTO, developers, UX/UI designers, application tester, and Customer success team to finalise Product backlog items
- Carry out the product owner role according to the Agile scrum framework
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience
- Experience in a managerial role is a plus
- Knowledge in the Agile Scrum framework is a must
- Possess excellent spoken and written skills in English
- SalesCandy is a 100% distributed workplace. You are expected to have a conducive working environment with satisfactory broadband connection to perform your job, at your own expense. Even though this is a remote position, the base city of this position is Manila (Philippines) and you are expected to be residing within commuting distance from the city and are able to attend in-person meetings and company events in this city.
