Manage Company Social Media Channels

• Responsible for monitoring all sites and devices to ensure ads are being delivered as intended.
• Composing and posting online content for company’ social media channels.
• Recommends social media enhancement and updates

Oversee Lead Generation

• Plan and execute initiatives in hooking up new customers from the social media and convert into quality leads.
• Monitors RBT subscribers and other website visitors turning it into quality leads.

Analyze Trends

• Monitors the current trends to make the company updated and competitive

Create Effective Marketing Campaigns

• Initiates and manage strategies on how to boost company profile/website using SEO and other digital marketing platforms
• Tracks company events on calendar and prepare marketing campaigns.

Report Analytics

• Monitor the results of digital marketing efforts and report any successes, shortcomings or potentials to business development team.

Updating client and lead databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.

• Monitoring leads conversion

Supports Business Development team organizing marketing activities.

• Assists in creating marketing collaterals and other initiatives to promote and make the company image competitive.

• A graduate of Mass Communications, Journalism, Advertising or Marketing courses.
• Basic understanding of web/Internet technologies.
• Strong knowledge or at least have moderate exposure to digital media business.
• Social Media and Tech Savvy
• Innovative thinker with acute awareness of managing competing initiatives, strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively, ability to set and self-manage goals, deadlines and multiple assignments concurrently in a project based environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Photo editors to thrive in a continuously changing environment
