- Development and execution of the sales strategy
- Execute on the revenue growth goals in the strategic plans set forth
- Building and leading the direct sales and channel teams.
- Create strategies to drive all teams, optimizing each to maximize revenue
- Directly leading the sales effort for key clients and prospects
- Implementing methodology to better forecast and predict sales bookings
- Decreasing the lead to close cycle times
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a background in IT
- A history of managing direct and channel teams to achieve sales goals and targets
- Experience in directly leading the sales efforts for key, high-value opportunities
- Extensive executive-level relationships across principals, and/or government entities
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
