Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintenance of corporate Windows clone and nationals, including updating drivers, Windows and Office Hotfixes, and other additional requirements as determined by management and support teams.
- Act as a focal point in managing and assisting with Software Delivery and Asset Management infrastructure in a multi-site enterprise environment for Essilor of America.
- Maintaining the corporate software delivery system using Unicenter Software Delivery. This includes periodic maintenance of software delivery servers, troubleshooting problems related to the software delivery system (with the assistance of Computer Associates support team), planning and design for future growth
- Creation and maintenance of Software Delivery packages and web-based asset management reports, and extracting data for special needs by management.
- Assist both the Technical Architecture and Pre-Production departments in developing road map and methodology in these areas.
- Make recommendations for changes to the environment to maintain adequate capacity, performance and supportability.
- Prepare documentation and procedures on the above for distribution to Office Automation & Help Desk teams. Obtain and publish performance statistics on PCs, Servers and Software.
- Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in shell scripting, automation, Software Delivery and Package creation.
- Extensive experience with various Microsoft workstation Technologies (installation, administration, patching, tuning) particularly Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating System
- Knowledge of Unicenter Software Delivery (alias ITCM) or SSCM (or similar) and Asset Management experience preferred
- Programming/scripting experience required:
- Perl
- Powershell
- Login Group Policies scripting for AD
- VBScript
- VB.net
- ASP
- ActiveX Data Objects and basic ANSI SQL knowledge

Creating unattended installations using MSI and InstallShield & customizing User State Migration Tool

Knowledgeable with Active Directory (with emphasis on Group Policies)
