Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain under operational conditions the current and new AWS environments in respect of the Support processes
- Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new AWS environments and features in respect of the Standards defined by the Group
- Strong level of operational support on:
- Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management,
- Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the AWS platforms
- Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for supports.
- Assist implementations of AWS components
- Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistenct and life cycle over the AWS solution.
- Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions
- Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teams.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Administration and troubleshooting of AWS environments
- Creating environment in AWS from CODE (infra as a code) using cloudformation or terraform
- Experience in migration of servers from legacy Data centers to Cloud AWS
- Experience with building infrastructures in AWS with securing of the environments: Viral securities, Reliability
- Ability to demonstrate competencies with AWS services: EC2, IAM, EBS, S3, RDS, VPC, ELB, Route53, Lambda…
- Strong experience in servers operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Knowledge in scripting (Python ideally)
- Knowledge on Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage …)
- Knowledge in ITIL framework
- Experience with other Cloud environment such as Azure, Google, or others
- Knowledge of DevOps technologies is appreciated
- 3-7 years experience in infrastructure, with 1-3 years as AWS administrator
- AWS Sysops certification
- Experience in scripting
- Self motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession
- Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- English speaking mandatory
- Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
- Willing to do some traveling
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
