Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles processing of employee benefits both statutory any non-statutory benefits, implement policies and procedures on benefit applications and claims, and prepare mandatory requirements.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's administration function and performance.
- Participate in the development of the organization’s plans and programs.
- Review and monitor implementation of employees' benefits.
- Assists in all HR activities, programs and/or events
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Post graduate degree in HR management
- Minimum of 5 years working experience, atleast 3 years of which as a Senior Manager
- Knowledgeable in ISO documentation
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
