Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage technical projects, both on our payments and cybersecurity divisions.
- The candidate shall be responsible for creating project plans, execution and monitoring of said plans, coordination, management, and reporting for each and every project assigned to them.
- Mentor, and help others in the organization grow in leadership positions within the company.
- Other related tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess at least 3-5 years of experience professionally leading teams and projects, must have at least 8 years total experience.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Possess strong technical skills and background. Must be an expert in MS Project, or other project management tools. Actual background and expertise in networks, programming and/or other technical knowledge is a plus.
- Have hands on experience in CMMI, SO, Six Sigma, and other certification standards is a plus.
- Have experience in handling financial and large scale integration and/or cybersecurity related projects; International experience is a plus.
- Have ability to multitask, and prioritize. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Enjoy working with new and cutting edge technologies and processes. Must have a strong drive to push continuously upgrade and push the envelope of innovation.
- Enjoy working with people and liase both with internal and external stakeholders, like upper management and clients.
