Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assists in the preparation of the HGC-GM divisions’ annual audit plan.
- Prepares all the business units’ annual audit plan.
- Preparation of financial statements for selected business units.
- Annual Financial Audit of financial reports submitted by the finance and accounting department.
- Risk-based Audit: Identify risks and propose action plans to Management Committee and/or Business Unit Heads to mitigate.
- Business Process Audit: Identify process improvements and recommend necessary controls to Management Committee and/or Business Unit Heads.
- Assist in the improvement and development of Group Management and business unit policies
- Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
- Ensure enforcement and implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With atleast 3-5 years of work experience
- Certified Public Accountant
- Must be practicing Certified Internal Audit
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
