Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Report directly and regularly to the Managing Partner for Support Services (Admin, HR, Finance, and Legal);
  • Act as Receptionist at the SEI lobby with the following duties:
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system;
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions;
  • Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring logbook;
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation;
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
  • Assist in the SEI internship program;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in the schedule of the liaison officers and messengers of the company by coordinating the drop-off and pick up of all materials, not limited to Support Services needs but that of the entire Saga Events.
  • Coordinates directives from Managing Partners to all the departments;
  • To organize and maintain company records;
  • To perform supplementary office related duties as deemed by the MP-SS (follow-ups, correspondences et al);

Complementary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Support Services to serve and collect contracts from clients, suppliers and freelance manpower;
  • Manage all scheduled applicant interviews – interns, freelance, regular employees et al;
  • Perform other tasks as required from time to time.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
