Associate Quantitative Research Analyst | Survey Research  

451 Research, part of S&P Market Intelligence is a leading global analyst and data company focused on the business of enterprise IT innovation. We are seeking a curious, bright, analytic, and hardworking individual to fill the Survey Research Associate position.

The selected candidate will be a part of our primary research operations team that provides actionable data and insights to our analysts and helps clients better understand the technology markets. You will work with the team to help develop, codify, sanitize, and manage our questionnaires, survey data and knowledge database for all syndicated web-based survey research across 451 Research.

Responsibilities:

• Survey project management, from questionnaire development through publishing of results
• Assist Research Directors in preparing for research meetings to assess scope and survey strategy
• Respond to internal and external requests for additional data cuts and analyses
• Learn and expand survey development skills to cover new topics and support new data products

• Bachelors in related field and two years of work experience;
• Experience with the collection, analysis and synthesis of online survey data
• Strong analytical skills
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Highly proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using SPSS statistical software
• Previous experience with MarketSight and/or Python a plus, but not required
• Amenable to work the night shift and midshift
