Renewal Specialist, CUSIP  

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and vetting Authorized Data Vendor leads to expand existing / generate new business.
• Maintain a list of all Authorized Data Vendors, along with the reporting requirements in order to: (1) perform initial reach out to advise of the contractual reporting requirements; (2) follow-up with Authorized Data Vendors that are behind on reporting Level 2 Display Usage; and (3) follow up with Authorized Data Vendors that are delinquent on providing their post-authorization lists.
• Provide assistance with the Compliance Program, such as drafting Usage Review Notice Letters, compiling the Authorized Data Vendor information and assisting Core Compliance Review Group with any ad hoc inquiries.
• Send Acknowledgement of Cancellation Letters and follow-up with clients to ensure signed letters are returned.
• Track the historical terminations and compare with all future Authorized Data Vendor bulk lists to ensure all Authorized Data Vendors are complying.
• Assist with sensitive Authorized Data Vendors by generating a custom shut-off notice.
• Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned
• Work with internal stakeholders to transition the management of the Master Lead Template.
• Identify existing accounts for expansion, which may have limited licenses (e.g. Single Source, Limited Asset Class).

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to correspond by phone and email with key and senior level internal/external clients and/or counterparts.
• Must be willing to work in Makati.
• Willing to work in a night shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience specializing in customer service, research, lead generation, and related roles.
• Experience in using Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
