The Role: Application Associate, CRM
The Team: What is CRM Data Governance? – CRM Data Governance is the management and oversight of S&P Global’s external client's data to help provide business users with high quality-data that is easily accessible in a consistent manner.
The Data Steward team functions as both, a "data coordinator" who tracks the movement of data inside an organization and a "data lead" who understands and enforces internal rules on how data can be used.
What's in it for you?
Selected candidate will be accountable for supporting the data maintenance of SPGMI’s CRM (Salesforce) database. It also provides an opportunity to work directly with Market Intelligence’s Client Services, Sales, Client Operations and Product Management groups to ensure the quality and timeliness of MI’s client’s data, improve operational efficiency to reduce error rates, and proactively seek out process & business systems enhancements to improve data quality in those systems.
The advantages of this role include:
- A chance to work with cloud computing systems such as Salesforce.com. Subsequently, candidate will have an opportunity to understand the integration of various systems.
- A chance to understand Client Support fundamentals.
- A chance to do UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of internal tools.
- Being involved in ad-hoc projects that enhance the team’s/department’s operational efficiency – LEAN, RPA, etc.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Providing internal Client Support as per defined procedures.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot system related issues.
- Work with Product Owners to improve our internal systems.
- Working on data quality projects from the CRM CDII backlog that improve the data quality in SFDC leading to accurate reporting, better customer experience, effective marketing campaigns, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience working in a Client Support or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Excellent research, analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Someone who has experience/ is interested in working with data and data analysis.
- Experience working with CRM tool (specifically Salesforce) and/or SQL will be an added advantage.
- Salesforce or any other CRM certification will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in quarterly rotational shifts
