Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for outsourcing
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
- Interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
- With a background in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Experience in massive hiring is an advantage
