Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Senior Sales Supervisor is the over-all in-charge in directing and supervising the field sales operations for all department stores (concession & outright accounts).
- He/She has a direct line of authority over all sales representatives in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao Areas.
- He/She will oversee the actual selling of the company’s products to the dealers and ensures that good business relations are developed and maintained with all customers.
- He/She will aggressively initiate the expansion of its sales operation nationwide particularly in opening new accounts.
- He/She will be tasked to go on regular calls on dealers and visits field sales personnel to ensure that field sales objectives are achieved and that sales policies are followed.
- He/She is expected to have an actual feel of the market in as much as, among managerial personnel.
- He/She is the one directly exposed to the dealers, customers, and competitors, hence, he/she regularly gives feedback as to the actual field or market conditions, and actively participates in strategic planning.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or any business-related course.
- With at least 5 years of work experience in handling sales, inventory management and monitoring, supervising and training of salespeople in the department store, sales and manpower planning, and handling events.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be assertive, confident and a team player.
- Must be computer literate.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
