Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares notices for employees who went AWOL
- Prepares & Issues memos to employees with attendance infractions
- Monitors attendance infraction summary of all employees
- Assists HR Officer in handling cases
- Conducts exit interview to resigning employees
- Prepares clearance of resigning employees
- Prepares demand letter for employees with accountability
- Perform other additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any HR-related course.
- Preferably with work experience in HR - Employee Relations
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be assertive, confident and dynamic.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
