Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing and departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and creators.
- Strategize Social Media content calendar
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing and related fields
- 1-3 years work experience as a Social Media Associate
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, and the likes.
- Experience launching community initiatives (building an online forum, creating events etc.)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with social media management.
- Must be knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
