Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Records the minutes of every general meeting;
- Makes letters of communication as requested by top management and other personnel;
- Records and keeps transmittal deliveries;
- Prepares for payroll, computes and summarizes work hours, overtime, undertime and late of each ROCCO employee
- Answers phone call, attends to visitors/clients visit in the office.
- Writes business correspondence when needed.
- Records the check/cash collection;
- Prepares deposit slip for bank deposits
- Liquidates and Reimburse all official expenses
- Daily Update of funds, sorts the expenses classification and makes the revolving fund replenishment
- Files documents accordingly.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the management and supervisor from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate of any business-related course.
- Preferably with experience in handling administrative functions.
- Above average Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Hardworking and of good moral character.
