Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts payables and accounts receivables for Rubicon group of companies
- Accounts payable – includes, but is not limited to: Inventory management – accurate daily counts and monthly inventory of incoming products under the Rubicon Group
- Creation of calendar reminders for deadline/s of payables
- Assuring all check vouchers are prepared timely and accurately
- Processing requests for payments
- Coordinates with treasury once vouchers are created – follows up with treasury on payments (especially for rush payments); assists in processing of signed checks with treasury department
- Inputting all data on QB (or whatever accounting software used)
- Accounts receivables – includes, but is not limited to:Must spearhead strict compliance to meeting deadlines of receivables
- Monitoring incoming payments – including proper depositing of dated checks
- Tracks delayed payments and immediately brings to the attention of the GA
- Coordinates with clients that are delaying payments – setting meetings if necessary
- Informing the Manager of the department about the delayed payment
- Inputting all data on QB (or whatever accounting software used)
- Participates in month end inventory counting for all companies of the Rubicon Group
- Visits company events – especially when requested to support or attend
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a degree in Accountancy;
- With at least 3 years combined experience in AP, AR, & GA ;
- Must be keen to details;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to multi-task, and flexible
