Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop territory sales
- Manage and develop territory intermediary partners
- Act as a sales coach to distributor sales force
- Manage stakeholder relationships within the territory
- Represent company in the territory
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any field of study
- Has at least 2 years of work experience in a sales or distribution position.
- Currently or has been engaged in the Construction or Distribution business/Industry
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Speaking, listening, and conflict resolution.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Dealing or relating with other people.
- Highly organized and has good attention to detail
- Can speak English, Tagalog, Ilonggo/Bisaya
