Technical Manager  

The Technical Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotel and maintaining building systems which include: heating, and air conditioning, and electrical systems and as well as large hotel-related equipment such as kitchen and laundry equipment.

Responsible in supervising and carrying out the day-to-day repair and maintenance requirements of the building, facilities and equipment as well as the surrounding area of the hotel. Prepare a preventive maintenance program, and make an analysis/program on how to conserve energy. Organized the work order in means of disseminating accordingly, also conduct inventory on all engineering equipment/materials. Meets and exceeds internal/external customer’s expectation by providing the best service and teamwork.

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering graduate or any related course with PRC license;
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the hotel industry;
• Professional appearance and cooperative approach;
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Strong leadership; and
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Result and customer-oriented.
