Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accurately analyze all promotions and direct marketing including customer transactions and store sales.
- Report routinely on customer loyalty performance.
- Ensure clear communication and timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Schedule and prioritize print and web marketing content for production.
- Work with the creative team to ensure appropriate information is communicated to all the branches and customers to maximize our sales.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of previous work experience in marketing, retail, sales, or related field.
- Interest in or knowledge of the arts, art education, or art materials a plus.
- Preferably with an interest in Fashion and Jewelry.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Comfortable working with and presenting ideas to the CEO.
- Excellent organizational time management expertise and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently, as well as being responsive to needs of other departments.
- Microsoft Office skills required and experienced using Excel for data analysis is a requirement.
