The Talent Acquisition Officer shall be responsible for the supervision of sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates for store operations ans store support within the prescribed turnaround time.
Responsibilities:
Hiring Efficiency
- Responsible in ensuring that hiring for all positions is within the agreed service level agreement of 60 days (managerial), 45 days (supervisory), and 30 days (rank and file).
Sourcing
- Establish different sourcing channels apart from conventional sourcing methods
- Ensures accuracy of online job portal postings
- Ensures constant participation of the team in different external-recruitment related activities to be able to build a talent pipeline database for Robinsons Supermarket
Employee On-boarding
- Ensures the conduct of background check prior to job offer and deployment
- Ensures on-time endorsement of newly-hired employees to the Learning & Development Group for new employee orientation
- Ensures the accuracy and correctness of employee’s information indicated on the Personnel Action Notice
Reportorial Requirements
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of hiring reports
- Prepares summary of weekly update of manpower vacancies
- Constantly updates employee requisition form (ERF) tracker
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Science or its equivalent
- Required skill(s): excellent leadership skills, analytical, and has basic problem-solving skills
- Preferably with at least 5 year(s) of experience in end-to-end volume recruitment gained from retail, manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
