Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for the overall management of the supply chain process which covers the following:
- Oversee and ensure the re-order and stock replenishment program initiatives of the department for the central Distribution Center and all direct-to-store deliveries (DSD) that will not pass through the DC.
- Plan and implement the timely replenishment of all stock-keeping units (sku’s) in all stores based on pre-determined inventory standards
- Monitor and achieve pre-determined order fill rates of all vendors. Coordinate regularly with the vendors for the prompt and efficient supply of orders across all stores and resolve issues that affect the supply chain.
- Implement by category and by phase the Category and Shelf space Management program of RSC in close coordination with respective category captains and the Merchandising department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering Business and related courses
- Minimum of 6 years experience in line work on any area of supply chain
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Full-Time position available
