Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruit, build, and lead the team of advisors by motivating them through career presentations
- Support in the hiring process
- Constant guidance throughout their stay and ensure that all advisors are equipped with skills and knowledge that are required to accomplish all tasks under the company-prescribed practices
- Set personal and team targets that are achievable and at par with the company standards
- Encourage attendance in Sales Team, Branch, Cluster, Territory, Company, and Industry activities
- Monitor daily activities and performance
- Establish alternative courses of action for self and the branch manager to ensure the efficiency of work
- Convey information and ideas through variety of media to various individuals or groups in a clear and concise manner.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s / College degree
- Willing to go through the process of becoming a coded advisor
- Proficient in MS Office Suite especially in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Critical and keen to details
- Proficient in English and Filipino Language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
- Entrepreneurial mindset and wide network of lives
- Able to learn fast and execute required output within the given time
- Preferably has previous leadership experience in any field.
