Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and monitor project implemtation plan
- Prepare SLAs and project timeline.
- Monitor every step of the implementation process and project progress.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a BPO setting is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects to independently meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate manner
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
