Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of orders and reports for key customers (internal and external) to contribute to the sustained profitability and financial performance of the brands.
- Assist with business-critical tasks including centralized billing, sales reporting, sales team support, dispute handling, account reconciliation and specific ad hoc reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers (internal and external)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Required skill(s) : logistics, analysis, critical thinking, active learning.
- Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables, lockups, macros and knowledge of MS Office, MS Access, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, active listening and speaking and project a professional image.
