Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manages or oversee all aspects of transition by serving as the main liaison between onshore business owners, operations team, and other support functions to deliver the project plan.
- Identifies, tracks, and recommends mitigations on risk or issues identified.
- Manage the implementation of projects to ensure deliverables
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate testing of the service model
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of exeperience in a supervisory or managerial role in a BPO or Insurance company.
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong.
- Can start ASAP.
