Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Sales Support Specialist are responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
- They help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.
- Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and they help to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables, lock-ups, macros.
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Willing to work in Pasig
- Amenable to work Night-Shift.
