- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- No work experience required.
- Must have good web navigation skills.
- Must have average English communication skills
