Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design & Estimates BOM of CCTV, Structured Cabling, Wireless, Access Control etc. for key clients in supporting sales engineering team.
• Provide pre-sales engineering services by demonstrating a solid understanding
of security and surveillance solutions to existing and potential customers.
• Address / support on customer technical inquiries and concerns.
• Troubleshooting for support requests.
• Assist during project installation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree/Vocational Diploma /Short Course Certificate in either of the following: Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field especially in trouble shooting.
- With knowledge in security and surveillance products such as CCTV, Structured
- Cabling, Wireless, PABX, Access Control, Automation and alike is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- •Willing to work in the field and travel.
