Sales Supervisor  

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Generation

• Ensures proper monitoring, interpretation and gap analysis of sales statistics and communicates it to the sales team
• Address gaps and opportunities to ensure attainment of objectives
• Ensures on time implementation and excellent execution of Cycle Plans and other initiatives that drive POP
• Provides consolidated evaluation and feedback to TMAS and Area Sales Manager of all activities performed in the trade.
• Ensures proper maintenance and optimum deployment of trade assets and POP materials to the trade.

Managing of Account Receivables and Trade Relations

• Ensures that collections are performed efficiently within his area and the credit policies and collections standards are being implemented
• Conduct regular visits customers to ensure that quality of service is provided at the highest level
• Gathers feedback from trade customers to further improve services and execution of trade activities
• Act as the face of Nestle in the trade in an ethical and professional manner
• Ensures sales force adherence to set Business Principles in all aspect of operations

Sales Reporting

• Ensure Implementation of set standards and procedures on sales data management.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of sales figures to support distributor decisions

Customer Management

• Ensure that quality of service at the highest level by the distributor through regular customer visits
• Gather feedback from trade customers to further improve services and execution of trade activities

People Management

• Continuous review and coaching of team performance against objectives and Competencies and established best practices
• Identify development needs and opportunities of team and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these formal appraisal and assessment of team in line with DPMS guidelines

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Training and Development, People Handling And Motivation, Selling Skills
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
