Front Desk Officer  

• Provide high-level customer service to Ride Revolution customers
• Properly input and sign-in riders in our POS
• Handling sales and inquiries
• Collection and filing of health waivers
• Assist in supply ordering and receiving
• Supervise in handling the studio’s inventory on supplies and merchandise for retail while providing feedback to the management team as needed
• Train studio staff or members of the team on the processes in the studio
• Handle customer and/or management concerns in a positive and timely manner
• Play an active role in the studio’s needs and requirements
