- 201 Filing (PA, PAN, BIR 2316)
- Archive and Organize Documents:
- Retention and/or Disposal (201 files of Resigned Employees, Payroll/Allowance, PO, PRF, and others)
- Inventory of items in HR
- Encoding of Employee Information on HRIS
- Assist in canvassing items for Purchasing
- Assist in segregation and distribution of office supplies
- Encoding of Walk-In Application
- Calling Candidates for Interview
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- No work experience required.
- Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
