Virtual Admin Executive Assistant
- Part-Time | 20 Hours
- Php 20,000 - 24,000 take-home pay per month
- 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM UK, Monday to Friday

Our client is a UK-based cost management company collaborating with accountants to optimise savings for small to medium-sized businesses in utilities. They allow client businesses to identify overspending, discover potential savings, and switch suppliers seamlessly. As the Operations Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by efficiently managing various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
About the Role:
The client is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Assistant to join their team and play a crucial role in streamlining their business operations. You will be responsible for extracting data from customer invoices and analysing this information to create cost savings reports for our clients. As you grow into the role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving operational tasks across the entire sales cycle such as contract creation and resolving supplier disputes. The successful candidate will have strong arithmetic skills and the ability to think outside the box and evaluate a problem as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Generate savings reports, manage spreadsheets and CRM systems, and share savings reports with the client.
- Identify and flag supplier objections, chase supplier payments, update payments and contract information on the system, and create monthly commission reports.
- Efficiently manage and organise emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritising important messages.
- Send targeted and personalised emails to potential clients for meeting bookings, along with meeting research and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients for reviews through emails and calls.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English communication. Familiarity with British English is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling calculations including ratios, percentages, markups, and other financial metrics
- Proven track record of maintaining a well-organised work environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to both visual presentation and content accuracy.
- A proactive approach to tasks with thorough planning to meet deadlines
- A keen willingness to learn and an ability to do so quickly
- Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions independently.
