Front Desk Associate  

Remedy is looking for a Front Desk Associate to support the Clinic Manager in admin and day-to-day tasks. You will also assist patients in their clinic experience.

Will be in charge of:

• Administration tasks like scheduling, recording and maintaining clinic data, and supporting clinic staff
• Greeting patients online and assisting patients in a professional yet warm and friendly manner
• Handling patient inquiries and recommending specific treatments and products being offered
• Coordinating logistics for daily order deliveries from the clinic
• Upselling our products to clients and customers

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience working in a customer-facing setting (aesthetic clinic, hotel, etc.)
• Experience with sales is an advantage
• Comfortable using technology (ex. Microsoft Office, Zenoti)
• Willing to work in BGC area
• Excellent English skills (verbal, written, listening)
