Job Description:

As part of a team of consultants, Associate Consultants (AC) organize and present insightful findings to solve key pain points for clients through a variety of means. The Associate Consultant will work closely with our clients to identify and solve their business problems or challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a project team to deliver client solutions.
• Conducting market research and analysis to support client engagement.
• Preparing client-ready presentations and reports and presenting findings to the client.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Periodically build internal IP as ongoing knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong team player skills with a team player attitude.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and statistical.a
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with a passion for driving business impact.
