Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible in handling Australian Accounts receivable and other finance tasks. He/She will work closely with the Accounting Team with the various Australia and Philippine transactions.
Accounts Receivable:
- Email, Outbound/Inbound Calling
- Collaboration Skills both Written & Verbal
- Work on assigned accounts – past due invoices follow up & collections (closely monitoring of dues while maintaining strong and mutual relationship with clients).
- Payment processing – coordinating with cash applications, credit card payments
- Confident in a voice/email function which requires handling calls/emails from clients/customers
- Processing supplier invoices related to client invoices
- Processing of invoices for clients with agreements
- Subscription management in subscription platform
- Responding to client queries related to invoices issued and subscription
- Follow up and collate the documents needed for reconciliation such as Invoice, PO, Contract.
- Hardware inventory and EOM Reports
- Ordering hardware and closing POs
- Client oboarding and project setup
- Automatic debit enrollment to new clients for faster collection process
- Client information management in CRM
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent command of the English Language (80% of work will be talking to Australians through phone and email).
