- Handles routine paper work involving sale and purchase of land
- Checks validity of land titles with relevant government offices
- Coordinates with Municipal, City and Provincial licenses/permits (BPLO, Treasury Office, Fire Permit, and Locational Clearances)
- Filing and document control, analyzing, and organizing legal documents, licenses, and permits
- Familiar with Land Registration Authority procedures and performs real estate tax filings
- Maintains database by performing file backup, control logs, etc., to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Law, Political Science, Criminology, Legal Management, or equivalent
- Willing to do fieldwork
- At least 1-year relevant working experience
- Knows how to drive a motorcycle or car with license
- Amenable to work in Clark Pampanga; RE/MAX Marianna Office
