Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles end to end recruitment of IT Professionals.
- Sourcing qualified IT professionals/experts from entry level to senior/managerial roles.
- Source, Recruit and Profile IT professionals for Development, QA/Software Testing, Business Analysis and Project management, Infrastructure and other Support.
- Strategic recruitment using various sourcing channels (Jobstreet/Monster.com/Linkedin/Job Portals and etc.).
- Real-time endorsement and client management. Real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring.
- Effective Client and Candidate Management.
- Job offer/Salary Negotiation.
- Talent Acquisition and Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Admin/Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of recruitement experience
- At least 1 year of end to end recruitement experience
- At least 1 year of IT recruitment
- Must be willing to work in Makati
