Find and match the best IT talent to the top jobs in the competitive US IT market as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role involves sourcing, screening, engaging and presenting the best candidates to hiring managers. You will learn the techniques used by rockstar recruiters who hire the top talent for some of the biggest businesses in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand technical job requirements
• Review candidate qualifications to verify if position requirements are met
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build your network of professionals
• Create a compelling strategy to attract the best candidates to your requirements
• Be innovative in your recruiting techniques

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 6 months BPO call center experience is a must
• IT Recruitment experience is a must
• Willing to work graveyard shifts
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Open to learn technical information
• Strong interest in recruitment as a career
• Must be motivated and able to work independently and in teams
