Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What you'll do:
Project Management
- Implements the project management process and monitors completion of project deliverables
- Monitors schedule of projects
- Monitors budget consumption, facilitates estimation of project costs, and ensures that operational costs are within the limit of the set budget
Resource Allocation
- Allocates resources to projects
- Sets schedules and timelines of the projects
Coordination and Reporting
- Provides project status and resource updates to key stakeholders
- Maintains a productive and harmonious relationship with stakeholders
- Coordinates with crossborder stakeholders and counterparts
- Facilitates resolution of conflicts within the project team
Other tasks which may be assigned.
What you'll get:
- Php25,000 - 34,000 gross monthly salary, commensurate with the candidate's experience
- Additional Php 2,800 allowance monthly
- Signing Bonus for Hires until January 2024
- Bi-annual appraisal and performance-based rate increase and bonus
- HMO benefit, leave credits, 13th month pay, referral monetary incentive, paid overtime, and Philippine holidays
- Work from home arrangement until December 2024

Kualifikasi Minimum
What we'd like you to have:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, or other related courses
- With at least 6 months of solid work experience in IT Project Management
- Fresh graduates with a background in IT Project Management during their capstone project or internship are encouraged to apply!
- Knowledgeable on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Knowledge on Agile framework
- Adept to web development jargons and concepts
- Detail-oriented, has multitasking and interpersonal skills, and must be able to work well with a team
- Proficient in both written and oral English
Not required, but very useful:
- Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMI - PMP)
- Certification for PM (like CISCO)
- Scrum Master certification
