What you'll do:
- Handles and resolves all inquiries received within the service level agreement (SLA)
- Escalates all necessary transactions that involve a higher tier decision-making and/or processing
- Ensures proper documentation of all transactions handled
- Resolves all lesson disruptive issues whenever necessary to ensure lessons will proceed
- Ensures that all queries or any urgent information needed by RareJob, Inc.'s Customer Support are shared and gathered from Tutors
Kualifikasi Minimum
What we'd like you to have:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- No required working experience
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Not required but very useful:
- Experience in Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus
Work Schedule:
- Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
- Amenable to 4:00AM to 1:00PM and 3:00PM to 12:00MN shifts
