Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Set up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Provide timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
- Maintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices
- Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components
- Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Maintain cleanliness of the IT infrastructure both hardware and software system
- Monitor if backup are properly done by the user and assist them on doing backups
- Maintain the record for technician equipment and tools inventory
- Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
- Perform other duties as requested by the management
- Talk to users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone for setting up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults, replace parts if required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
- Proven experience as Computer Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
- Experience with LAN/WAN and other networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting system
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
- Relevant certifications will be an advantage
