Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Business Analysis / design / configuration / coordination implementation and support. Lead specific system development and deployment activities for assigned Functional Area (Finance)
  • Functional requirements definition with the customer
  • Develop an understanding of business strategy and user needs, document specifications, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications
  • Conceptual and logical design
  • Detailed technical design
  • System configuration
  • Conversions and Integrations
  • Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
  • Go-Live
  • Support and Enhancements
  • Conceptualize new processes and systems that add value to our customers business and our product.
  • Coordinate process improvements including:
  • Formulation and definition of technical scope and project objectives
  • Analysis of current business practices, processes and systems
  • Define detailed project tasks
  • Team-based approach to project execution
  • Proactively engage technical staff to schedule and execute required tasks
  • Cultivate and maintain successful relationships between Information Technology and business resources from various global organizations:
  • Actively participate in enterprise-wide change management processes associated with system revisions
  • Work with business partners to manage project/enhancement priorities
  • Focus on continuous improvement for both the business process and the underlying technologies and system support

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Business Degree in Management or Management of Information Systems required.
  • Finance/HR / Payroll Certification in any leading product such as Oracle, Workday, SAP.
  • Previous experience working with either Workday, PeopleSoft or other ERP HR/Payroll systems/applications.
  • 5+ years' experience implementing Payroll or supporting Payroll operations in middle market type organizations.
  • Possess an advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in functional design processes, and completing functional HR/Payroll design docs.
  • Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a software consulting company.
  • Ability to develop complex functional designs, including options for technical platforms.
  • Working knowledge and language of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Candidate should be able to collaborate with customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction.
  • Ability to coach others in the execution of the testing, piloting, installation, and implementation activities on schedule and within budget, providing expertise when needed.
  • Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company a plus.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Travel 40%
