Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides in- depth technical and technogical expertise in their particular area of expertise.
- Onsite and remote diagnostics support to client needs.
- Provide 24/7 on duty support ( onsite or remote assistance) to meet Service Level Agreement.
- Prepares service activity reports etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Atleast 3 to 5 years Working experience performing, installation, configuration and management of Symantec Endpoint Protection, Messaging Gateway, Data Loss Prevention, advanced threat protection, Endpoint Management etc.
- Working knowledge in Operating Systems including (Windows 2003/2008/2012, Linux, Unix Solaris). Good understanding of IT Security Standards such as PCI DSS , CIS etc.
- Familiar with TCP/IP networking stack (LAN/WAN) , Windows and Linux/Unix Networking
