Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors the compliance versus the set targets of the department and total company.
- Reviews system and process flows, production schedules, and other activities to maximize the working efficiencies and resources.
- Gathers and analyzes data to increase productivity.
- Designs and proposes layout of equipment and other resources to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Assists in the documentation of manuals, policies, and other control documents.
- Sets up cross-functional teams and project management groups that will be responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and specified activities.
- Leads the execution of 5S activities.
- Provides the necessary updates and reports on projects and other related activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with experience in a manufacturing set-up.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
